Melaka cops cripple baby-trafficking syndicate, rescue three babies, five-year-old girl


MELAKA: Police here have crippled a baby-trafficking syndicate with the arrests of 16 people and the rescue of three babies and a five-year-old girl.

Melaka police chief Deputy Comm Datuk Wira Abdul Majid Mohd Ali said the members of the syndicate arrested were aged between 25 and 58, and added that they were arrested in a series of recent raids.
